Case Summary: Mr. Hu from Beijing entrusted Seapoe Relo with shipping his household furniture and belongings by sea to Hamilton.

Mr. Hu from Beijing emigrated with his family to Hamilton, Canada. After purchasing a house in Hamilton, considering that furniture in Canada is relatively expensive, he planned to ship the furniture from his Beijing home by sea. Through a friend's introduction, he found Seapoe Relo. After several exchanges, he arranged for Seapoe Relo to send staff to his home to assess the volume of his furniture. Upon receiving the quotation, he signed an international moving contract, engaging Seapoe Relo as his service provider for moving from Beijing to Hamilton by sea.

Mr. Hu had a considerable amount of furniture and belongings to move, so the packing team worked from morning until evening. Because Mr. Hu had found Seapoe Relo through a friend's introduction, he still had some concerns — mainly that his furniture might get damaged, as he had used it for many years and felt some emotional attachment to it. However, the professional and skilled packing techniques of the team that day completely eliminated Mr. Hu's concerns. In addition, Seapoe Relo gifted Mr. Hu a door-to-door insurance policy, providing further protection for his furniture and belongings.

After about a month and a half, Mr. Hu's furniture and belongings arrived in Canada by sea. After Mr. Hu cooperated with Seapoe Relo's Canadian partner to complete customs clearance, the items were delivered to Mr. Hu's home in Hamilton, placed in position, and the packing debris was cleaned up and taken away.
