Case overview: Ms. Li entrusted Seapoe Relo to ship furniture and personal belongings from her Suzhou home to Victoria, Canada.
Ms. Li from Suzhou was recently promoted this year, and her company is about to assign her to the Victoria branch in Canada for long-term work. To adapt to the living environment in Canada, Ms. Li decided to bring her household belongings from China as well, including furniture such as a sofa and bed, a piano, and some clothing and luggage.
Ms. Li had a considerable number of items to ship this time, so Seapoe arranged a free on-site assessment service for her. Professional staff assessed the volume of the furniture and understood the client's shipping needs, after which the business consultant promptly provided an accurate quote and customized a cross-border moving plan for Ms. Li.
After signing the contract, Seapoe arranged for warehouse staff to come to her home for packing.
Once packing was completed, the items were delivered to the Seapoe warehouse. Precious items such as the piano were packed in wooden crates and placed on pallets for transport, ensuring maximum protection of the items' safety.
Upon arrival at the Canadian port, overseas colleagues were responsible for delivering Ms. Li's items to her home, helping move them to the designated locations, unpacking and restoring them, reassembling the old furniture, and finally taking away the debris. This sea shipment move was successfully completed.
