Case Summary: Mr. Song commissioned Seapoe Relo to ship some furniture and luggage via LCL sea freight to Edmonton, Canada.

Canada, with its beautiful environment, affluent lifestyle, and well-established education and social welfare systems, has become an ideal home for numerous applicants worldwide. After immigrating, many Chinese often choose to live in major cities like Toronto and Vancouver, while others prefer a quiet and leisurely life and opt for other cities—such as Mr. Song, who commissioned Seapoe Relo to ship furniture and luggage from his home in Nanjing to Canada and chose to settle in Edmonton. Edmonton is the capital of Alberta, Canada, and also the province's cultural, governmental, and educational center. It is Canada's fifth-largest city, rich in history and culture, with festivals and events throughout the year, earning it the nickname "Festival City."
Mr. Song needed to ship some furniture to Edmonton and found Seapoe Relo through a friend's introduction. After a brief conversation, Seapoe Relo's staff tailored a transportation plan for moving from China to Canada. Mr. Song is a new immigrant, and since the furniture had all been used for over a year, it qualified for Canada's tax-free import of personal belongings for new immigrants. According to the on-site assessment by staff, the total volume of items was about 10 cubic meters, to be shipped to Canada via LCL (less than container load). In addition, some of Mr. Song's simple luggage items, such as books and clothing, could be packed and organized in advance—Seapoe Relo provides high-quality cardboard boxes and packing auxiliary materials. As for other large, valuable, and fragile items, Seapoe Relo's staff would handle the packing during on-site pickup, using multiple materials and multi-layer packaging to effectively ensure transport safety and greatly reduce the damage rate of items.
