Case Overview: Ms. Zhu commissioned Seapoe Relo to ship her new and old furniture from Yangzhou to Ottawa, Canada by sea.
Ms. Zhu has been an immigrant in Canada for many years. This year, due to her children's schooling needs, she purchased a new property in Ottawa. Reminded by her parents, she recalled that some old furniture with distinctive Chinese characteristics was still left at her hometown in Yangzhou, so she decided to return to China to select some new furniture with good value for money, and ship it by sea together with that batch of old furniture.
Ms. Zhu, a person of swift action, immediately sprang into action and did her research online. After comparing multiple shipping companies, Ms. Zhu chose Seapoe Relo, because Seapoe not only provides door-to-door packing of old furniture, but also collects and inspects new furniture on her behalf as well as offers free storage. Most importantly, the door-to-door service meant Ms. Zhu hardly needed to worry about anything!
On one hand, the new furniture Ms. Zhu purchased was delivered piece by piece to the Seapoe warehouse, where dedicated staff collected and inspected it on her behalf. On the other hand, Seapoe's packing team went to Yangzhou to carry out meticulous multi-layer packing and protection of the old furniture. Once all the new and old furniture had arrived at the warehouse, it was loaded for ocean shipping! Throughout the entire process, Ms. Zhu could track the logistics information of her items in real time via the tracking number, and a dedicated consultant followed up with her the whole time.
About a month later, all the furniture arrived in Ottawa. Colleagues in Canada arranged dedicated staff and vehicles to begin delivery. After arriving at Ms. Zhu's new home, they also helped unload the furniture and place it in designated positions, even helping to assemble some simple furniture, and before leaving, they even took away all the garbage on site. Ms. Zhu said outright that she had truly made the right choice this time!
