Case Summary: Ms. Bian from Ningbo immigrated and moved to Toronto, Canada for her child's education.

Ms. Bian and her family immigrated to Toronto, Canada, choosing Canada for the sake of their child's education. After buying a house in Toronto, she wanted to furnish it anew but found that furniture in Canada was too expensive and none suited her taste, so she decided to ship her set of Chinese-style furniture from her home in China to Canada by sea. Having heard good things about Seapoe Relo's service, she settled on Seapoe Relo as her carrier for shipping furniture from Ningbo to Toronto by sea, and the moving journey began.

Seapoe Relo sent staff to Ms. Bian's home in Ningbo to survey the furniture to be shipped on site. The total volume exceeded 20 cubic meters, so they recommended full container load (FCL) shipping for Ms. Bian, as it offered better value for money and made customs clearance easier upon arrival in Canada. Ms. Bian also had several domestically made appliances to ship; considering that Canada's national voltage is 110V while domestic appliances use 220V, they advised Ms. Bian to purchase some voltage adapters, or else not ship the appliances, to avoid affecting their use.

She was very satisfied with the service process, and the professional and skilled service attitude won Ms. Bian's high praise. For Seapoe Relo, customer satisfaction is the direction of its efforts. Thank you, Ms. Bian, for your choice and trust, and we wish Ms. Bian a happy and fulfilling life in Toronto in the future.
